This weekend on Sunday, November 21 at 12pm Brockton is going to try and break the world record for the most people gathered in one place wearing Santa Claus hats. The event will be at the corner of Main Street and Crescent street by the Parking Garage or where you see the large group of people wearing Santa Claus hats. The sign in will begin about 12pm so arrive early and the official count will be at 1pm. The event is being sponsored by the Downtown Business Association and Santa hats have already been given out to about 10,000 students in Brockton and hats are expected to be sold at the event for about $2, if you need one click here for locations to buy them.
