MOBIL GAS EMPLOYEE ROBBED AT GUN POINT

An employee at the Mobil gas station at 1012 Belmont Street was robbed at gun point 12:40 a.m.Tuesday morning. The employee was told to lay down while the suspect robbed the station. The assailant was described as a white male about 5"6' and wearing dark pants and a dark hoodie with a brown shirt around his face. The suspect fled in an unknown direction and was not known if they had any help or used a get-away car. Brockton police searched the area in the vicinity of The Quality Inn on Belmont and at this time it is not known if anyone was apprehended. Last updated 8/1/11 at 12:57a.m.
