On Wednesday, November 30th, Tom Monahan Ward 2 City Councilor will be having a meeting at the Arnone School on Belmont Street from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Representatives from USI and the Brockton DPW will give a presentation on the new water meter installations and answer any questions residents may have. Also Officer William Healy will be present to speak to anyone in the city about forming a Neighborhood Watch.
