Ward Two City Councilor Tom Monahan will be holding a ward two meeting Thursday, October 27, 7 p.m. at Georges Cafe. Speaker will be Richard Bath of the School Committee, the Brockton police department, Dover Street Neighborhood Crime Watch, Steve Torrey of Torrey Associates and John Merian and the Downtown Business Association.
