Brockton City Council will meet tonight at 8p.m. at City Hall and will have on its agenda the annual tax-classification, approving $97,000 for an independent water audit and Councilor-at-Large Jass Stewart is presenting a resolution in the Danroy Henry case to have the United States Justice Department take over the investigation into the death of D.J.
