Make a deposit toward a hunger-free community

Brockton, MA,  – On Wednesday, June 1, Crescent Credit Union will kick off its third annual summer food drive to benefit food pantries in the communities it serves.

Through Saturday, July 30, Crescent branches will accept non-perishable food donations during regular business hours from credit union members and non-members alike.
Contributions will be distributed to those in need via St. Vincent de Paul Society in Brockton, Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen in Taunton, and Holy Family Parish in Rockland.
“It’s important we do what we can to help stock the local food pantries,” said Crescent President & CEO Robert Gustafson. “With the current state of the economy, high unemployment, and kids getting out of school for the summer, the need has never been greater.”
